Indigenous Leadership Continuum (ILC) operates with the belief that in every chair is a leader. We invest in our peoples by providing opportunities for learning experiences and leadership growth that requires them to bring their best selves forward with a solid foundation in their identity and knowledge. As our young leaders continue their community engagement into positions of influence, we want them to have a strong grounding in our Alaska Native worldviews shaped over …10,000 years of thriving in our homelands throughout Alaska. Our programs include experiences designed to perpetuate Native knowledge of our Ways of Life and stewardship through Alaska Native ways of knowing, and curriculum that emphasizes cultural values and protocols, and upholding our responsibility to others.
