2020 Summer Internship Program Introduction


First Alaskans Institute (FAI) announces our 2020 Summer Internship Program to place Alaska Native, American Indian and rural undergraduate and graduate students into organizations around Alaska to provide leadership development, employment experience and cultural exploration. In addition, interns will explore priorities that benefit our greater Alaska community that include:

Placement with Employer Partners

Since 2004 FAI has placed 342 interns in over 110 different partner organizations in 26 communities across Alaska. FAI values our partnerships across the state as we seek to ensure meaningful employment opportunities for the individual interns and their employers.
