Having Problems with Registration? Here are our FAQs:

  1. Why is it asking for a method of payment when I’m registering an elder?
When registering an elder, chose any method of payment and click next. There will be three bubbles you can choose from. Once you click the elder bubble there will be no charge and you can continue registering.
  2. When I am paying with a purchase order, why does it still ask me for my payment information?
Once you have entered your method of payment as a purchase order and enter the purchase order number, click next. On the next page there are two bubbles: check and credit card. If you click check you can continue on.
  3. How do I register all participants at one time?
Unfortunately, you have to register each participant individually.
  4. When I list the youth names under the chaperone, does that mean they are registered?
No, that is for our records to show who the chaperone is responsible for. You still need to register each individual.
